PCE(Turbo Grafx-16) for PSP 0.83a5

I admit that I don't use this emulator because I grew up with Nintendo Consoles but for the guys who wants to reminisce their childhood with Turbo Grafx-16 or PCE, here is another update from the unknown Japanese guy.

Changes:

• improved support of multiplayer game via Ad-Hoc.

Well I better check out the multiplayer support, we'll be needing this in the office during "siesta" hours! Hehehe! Can anyone  please suggest the best 2 player game on Turbo Grafx-16?☺
