NUS WAD Packer release

Xuzz formerly known as icefire bounces back with the release of NUS WAD Packer.

These are a few teaser pictures of some code I wrote a while (month) ago and never bothered to release. Release coming as soon as I find a good file hosting site to upload the exe to! It is cross platform python, but if you want to run it on anything but windows you have to do that manually. thanks to AetherMaster for packaging up for release!
