PSP Action Replay Converter v 0.31

A new update for raing3's PSP Action Replay Converter. A simple homebrew application designed to convert the code file of PSP Action Replay into CWCheat or nitePR format. The new version has added a PSPAR to nitePR conversion, more fixes and has improved stability.

Changes:

• Added: PSPAR to nitePR conversion to PC application.
• Fixed: Side-by-side configuration error in PC application encountered by a few users.
• Other: Improved conversion reliability.
