Dimok has updatedWiiExplorer, A multi device file explorer for the Nintendo Wii by dimok and r-win with a GUI made with LibWiiGui by Tantric, with graphics by NeoRame. You can keep track of the project yourself and compile your own revisions or grab the latest revisions when Dimok uploads them on this link.
