PSN License Manager v0.30

Here's another PSP tool but now it manages your PSN License coming from coder Light_AleX. This gives you the convenience of easily managing your multiple PSN game licenses from different regions.

Changes:

• Reboot option added.
• PSP reboots regardless when exiting from the application to clear memory thoroughly.
• 5.50 GEN Custom Firmware supported.
