Sendelf v5.1

Sendelf is a graphical client that sends files over TCP from windows computers to Wii consoles. This version does not require the .NET runtine, and also does NOT require the C++ runtime. Be sure to manually uninstall the previous version, since this version uses another type of installer.

Mainly for the Homebrew Channel, but still works with the the standalone server by Svpe.

Changes:

• Changed some minor issues, one of them being a memory leak (thanks henke37)
• Gecko options are not visible if you don't have a gecko
