Custom IOS 38 Installer rev 15

Custom IOS by Waninkoko. This is a modified firmware (IOS38 modified) to allow among others to install Wad Altered or play backups without a chip or device via a USB or SD card. The firmware is installed under the name IOS249 and will therefore be used as some specific homebrew created especially for this IOS.

Note: To use the installer, you need to connect your Wii to the Internet or you must copy the original file IOS38-64-v3867.wad at the root of your SD card and launch the file fraud.

Note: install a modified firmware key to the Wii system, it is risky to do this, even if precautions have been taken to avoid damaging the console.

Ps: As usual, no need to uninstall old versions or something that will be before installing a new version. Install it directly using the installer.
