CoverFloader v1.1

CoverFloader is now on version 1.1. This is another modified version of Waninkoko's USB Loader but this version gives you Cover Flow on its menu giving more style and sexiness of the said application.

Changes:

- Load 2D Cover if a 3D cover is not found.
- Fix issue that stores invalid files for missing discs and covers ( issue344 )
- Fix typo in url-path for diskarts
- Fix bug in wbfs_estimate_disc() ( issue321 thanks to hend...@freenet.de)
- Fix bug that doesn't create codes directory for cheats ( issue326 thanks to Richard)
- Fix fliping of zoomed 3d covers. ( issue256 )
